The Fleur Co reflects Luisa’s simple design philosophy: a home should not only look beautiful but also feel calm, lived in, and deeply personal.
Hi I'm Luisa
No, I am not a florist. You might notice flowers in my work as I have always loved them, but they are not the reason behind the name. Fleur Qaliet Street, St Julian’s was the address of my childhood home. My nannu, the late Perit Joseph Consiglio, designed and built it for his family. A pioneer of modern architecture in Malta, he had a vision of creating functional yet beautiful spaces. That house carried his spirit.
After he passed, it became a maisonette. My nanna lived on the ground floor and we lived above. I grew up surrounded by stories of him, by light, laughter, and a sense of design that came from the heart. Our home was not grand, but it had character and warmth. It taught me that beauty lives in the details, and that every home has a soul.
I believe a well-designed home should feel lived in, loved, and deeply personal. My hope is that through our collections and collaborations, you find pieces that help you build a home that reflects who you are — a place that feels calm, grounded, and yours.
